About Paula... 

Paula Friedrichsen has been speaking at women’s retreats and church conferences throughout the U.S. for years. She’s been a Christian most of her life (the teen years were a bit rocky) and is a member of Church on the Mountain in Crowley Lake, California.  Paula serves as Communications Coordinator for her church. 

Paula began writing professionally about six years ago, and saw her first book published in January 2007. She  writes magazine and newspaper articles—and more recently book reviews for CBN.com.

Jeff and Paula have been married for almost 25 years, and Paula tells the story of their unusual romance in her Abundant Life Seminar. Suffice it to say that it was quite an  effort for Paula to convince Jeff that she really was the love of his life (thankfully, he does realize that now!).

Jeff and Paula are the proud parents of two children, and Jeff also has two grown daughters and five terrific grandchildren from a previous marriage.

The heartbeat of Paula’s ministry is to teach believers to experience a deeper and more intimate relationship with Christ. Whether she’s talking about marriage, joy, or abundant life, the underlying theme of most every message is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Paula embraces the opportunity to pray for attendees after she speaks, and is also available to facilitate discussion groups at the conclusion of each seminar message (she includes discussion questions as part of each seminar).
